Project Phases

1. Getting Acquainted
A well-defined vision.
This phase serves as the cornerstone and roadmap of the design journey. Through a paid Zoom or an immersive in-home meeting, we delve deep in uncovering the client’s vision, design preferences, and unique style. We ask a lot of questions and collaboratively share ideas until we have a collective vision for the space ensuring that every aspect of the project feels holistically designed with purposeful intention from start to finish.
 
2. Design Development
Rolling up our sleeves.
The creation phase where we pour ourselves into every element of your home’s design. From floor to ceiling, we meticulously curate every element to reinforce the narrative of the home. Physical design sample boards and immersive renders allow clients to visualize the space in vivid detail. From flooring, materials, plumbing, and color palette to the lighting story and interior details that create memory moments, every element reflects and reinforces the vision.
 
3. Design Refinement & Implementation
Adjustments and fine tuning.
Based on client feedback, we fine tune every detail to ensure that the design is the best version of what they envisioned. Once all the details are in place and perfected, our designs are entrusted to skilled artisans and contractors. Through meticulously crafted elevations, schedules, and drawings, we provide clear direction and guidance to ensure our design intent is correctly interpreted resulting in a home that embodies the character, charm, and personality it was meant to be.
 
Fullfillment
The delightful chaos of creation.
Where the magic begins. This is where all our dreaming, scheming, planning, and designing begins to unfold and come to life. A flurry of activity where construction begins, quotes are prepared, orders are fulfilled, and site visits are scheduled to ensure the execution aligns with the specified design intent. Dust is everywhere and time seems to stand still amongst the symphony of hammers and drills but within these chaotic walls soon lies a home that feels exactly as you had imagined.

Installation
The story begins.
After months of anticipation, planning, and dedication, this is the moment when the vision becomes reality. We ensure all pieces ordered were delivered, inspected, and approved so on the installation day everything runs smoothly. Pillows are fluffed and puffed, art is placed just so, bedding is steamed, and every last detail is meticulously arranged to present the realized vision. The result: an authentic, thoughtful, and soulful home that represents the unique personalities, interests, and experiences of those that inhabit them.
